  • May: Depression Management Best Practice Intervention Package (BPIP) publication

  • May 14: Last day to Close out your HHCDR in order to receive your personalized Home Health Cardiovascular Data Registry (HHCDR) Report around May 23. Log in to your HHCDR account to enter your data now.

  • May 15: HHCDR patient data will be available starting this day for the next month.

  • Tuesday, May 16, noon-1 p.m. MT/11 a.m.-noon PT: Live Webinar: Break the Chain: Depression’s Link to Hospitalizations

Guest expert Martha L. Bruce, PhD, MPH, professor, Department of Psychiatry, The Dartmouth Institute Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth will describe the Depression CAREPATH, an evidence-based model developed for use in home health and hospice to support the assessment, monitoring and case coordination of depression in older adults.

HHQI has applied to award 1.25 nursing CEs.
