National Performance Rankings

HealthInsight has done its own collection and analysis of data collected by CMS to create a ranking system for hospitals, home health agencies, and nursing homes participating in improvement projects with HealthInsight.

This data can be accessed for each group by following the links on the left.

The Home Health Rankings will not be updated until CMS has completed its implementation of a new assessment tool (OASIS-C), which will include additional quality measures. It is expected that the new data will be available June, 2011
