New Quality Improvement Operations Director Joins StaffHealthInsight New Mexico welcomes Robyn Elliott, MSN, RN, as director of its quality improvement operations. Elliott is responsible for providing leadership to the organization’s major operations including quality improvement, project management and facilitating efforts to ensure the delivery of high quality services to customers.
Elliott is a registered nurse with extensive experience in quality improvement and patient safety improvement projects. Prior to joining HealthInsight New Mexico, Elliott was a faculty member at the University of New Mexico (UNM) College of Nursing. Her concept-based curriculum focused on sustaining health and improving life outcomes in the elderly population. She has worked with the New Mexico Department of Health and in the hospital setting. She has a history of success in achieving positive patient safety outcomes through program development and educational processes throughout her nursing career.
