HealthInsight New Mexico welcomes to its staff Margy Wienbar, MS, as director of operations, Ambrose Montoya as systems administrator, and James Brown as web developer.

Margy Wienbar is responsible for carrying out major operations of the company including quality improvement, project management and facilitating efforts to assure the delivery of high quality services to customers. She brings more than 20 years of experience in quality improvement and management in health care to the position. Prior to joining HealthInsight, she was most recently a region director for the New Mexico Department of Health. She had previously worked for HealthInsight New Mexico (then NMMRA) as a quality improvement manager.

Ambrose Montoya is responsible for establishing and maintaining HealthInsight New Mexico’s corporate computer infrastructure, including file servers, user workstations, routers, and Internet and connectivity requirements. His duties also include database administration. He has more than 15 years of information technology and systems administration experience, including his most recent position as systems administrator at Exelis – Information Systems.

James Brown is HealthInsight’s new corporate web developer and he is responsible for the development and management of corporate websites and web-based applications for the three-state enterprise. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in visual communication and web system design and development. He comes to HealthInsight from Sagebrush Community Church, where he was senior graphic/web designer and worked previously for Hallmark, Inc.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Margy, Ambrose and James to HealthInsight New Mexico,” said Boyd Kleefisch, HealthInsight New Mexico executive director. “Margy’s extensive experience in health care quality and management will be invaluable to our Medicare activity and the organization. Ambrose brings a wealth of knowledge of IT infrastructure that will help us to remain abreast of this changing environment. James will enhance our public face as well as our internal connectivity and corporate information systems. The experience and knowledge that these individuals possess will help to advance the organization as the preeminent quality improvement organization in New Mexico,” he said.
